Dear Mrs. Marsh
|
A fun story. It begins quite normally as Ralph tells his teacher why he’s late. His pet mouse Philip was stolen as Ralph walked to school. What follows next can only be described as the product of a hyper-active imagination or a serious mental disorder. The illustrations are engaging and cartoon-like. All three of my boys enjoyed this book. If only we got longer ones! (Thomas went back to the last chapter of The Hobbit afterwards for a better reading workout).
