The Summer Clubhouse

An enjoyable but predictable story about two groups of children who each build their own beach clubhouse, then realize that it’s more fun working together. Thomas started well but then speeded up and started skipping words. I’m usually in two minds about whether it’s better to correct him or whether I should just let him read on, since he gets the meaning of the sentence. Most of the time I opt to correct him, hoping that it will improve his attention. We’ll see!
